Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account or payment method again.
- Contact your credit card provider or bank, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, email us at support@mousetraps.co.uk with your proof of purchase and details about the issue.

Shipping Costs:
- You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Trackable Returns:
